Dennis Robinson
Chief Executive Officer

Dennis Robinson has led the XTIVIA management team since 2001. Dennis has more than 30 years of experience with an emphasis on P&L performance, financial management, marketing strategy, strategic business planning and development of information systems and technologies. Prior to joining XTIVIA, Dennis was the co-founder of Sterling Carteret, Inc., located in Colorado Springs, CO, where he held the position of Vice President of Sales. Prior to that, he was Director of Operations of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., in Bentonville, Arkansas. Dennis attended Wichita State University and holds several technical and sales certifications in information technology.

Vivek Agarwal
Chief Technology Officer

Vivek Agarwal is responsible for XTIVIA’s overall technology portfolio and leads the Digital Experience Solutions practice. His DX team provides consulting, architecture, implementation and support services around digital experience platforms, mobility, integration, cloud, analytics, and other enterprise software. He’s been a member of the invitation-only Forbes Technology Council and the IBM Gold Consultant Program. Prior to coming to XTIVIA, Vivek was on the engineering teams with Cadence Design Systems, Inc. and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. He holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Neil Friedman
Chief Financial Officer

As XTIVIA’s CFO, Neil Friedman is responsible for global finance operations, business systems, human resources, legal, budgeting, planning, and treasury functions. Friedman assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer in November 2022. Prior to joining XTIVIA, Neil was SVP of Finance for Namely, Inc. leading financial operations and then various other financial leadership positions. Friedman has more than 20 years of experience in financial management, technology, and business services. He has successfully led capital raises, debt financing, business combinations, and divestitures. Friedman holds a BBA degree from Hofstra University in Accountancy. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Pace University. He is a licensed CPA in the State of New Jersey. Friedman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the NJCPA society. He is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Nir Gryn
Senior Vice President, Sales

Based in New York City, Nir Gryn leads XTIVIA’s global sales activities. With more than 25 years of sales/IT industry experience, Nir is a true customer advocate, working to ensure that we always deliver the highest-quality services and exceed our customers’ expectations. Based on the foundations of mutual trust and strong customer relationships, Nir is responsible for strategic client account management, sales team management, partner management and direct sales. Prior to joining XTIVIA, Nir served as a Sales Manager for Net Quotient Consulting Group. Prior to that, he was an Account Executive with ASAP/Netsource, and a project manager/sales coordinator for IVICO USA. Nir holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (with an International Business focus) from Hofstra University in Long Island, New York. In addition, he holds multiple sales/technical certifications in information technology from market leading product vendors.

Antonio Salerno, Jr.
Vice President, Data Management and Managed Services

Tony Salerno leads XTIVIA’s Virtual-DBA and Database Practice. In this role, he is responsible for management, development and sales support of Virtual-DBA and database consulting/staffing services. Tony has more than 30 years of industry experience. Prior to coming to XTIVIA, he served as Principal Consultant for Informix Software, Inc. Prior to that, Tony was a Member of Technical Staff I at Lucent Technologies. He has a Bachelor of Science/Computer Science Degree from Rutgers University.

Indira Vishnampet
Senior Vice President, Enterprise Information Management (EIM)

In her current role, she is responsible for helping customers realize their investment in Enterprise Information Management initiatives, including Data Management.

In her career spanning over 25 years, she held positions on 2 Fortune 500 and 1 Fortune 50 companies and was the founder/CEO of Hydus, which she led for 15 years prior to joining XTIVIA in 2015.

Indira is a believer in giving back. She is very strongly involved in her community. She is the Vice Chair of St Luke’s Texas which governs 18 hospitals across the state of Texas. She has held other board positions in St Luke’s for the last 16 years. She was the Guest Lecturer and Mentor at the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship at her Alma mater, the University of Houston. Indira has also held a board position at the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce – Greater Houston, where she was the recipient of the 2007 Woman Entrepreneur of the Year. a recipient of 40 under 40 from Houston Business Journal and Texas Women on the Move 2011 nominee.

Indira is an avid hiker and has hiked 1000 miles of the Appalachian Trail. She is keen to support women’s empowerment and healthy living.

Paul Skurpski

Paul Skurpski
Vice President, Sales and Marketing, GovCon365

Paul Skurpski is widely regarded in government contracting circles as one of the industry’s true experts on government contracting financial management solutions. Paul sits on the board of a number of industry associations including the Small and Emerging Contractor Advisory Forum (SECAF) and frequently speaks and conduct webinars on topics of interest for companies that provide services or sell products to the Federal Government.

Paul is responsible for new client acquisition activities for the company. Prior to co-founding GovCon365, Paul was corporate process improvement manager and director of enterprise systems for Oberthur Card Systems. He has a process improvement and enterprise systems background with over ten years experience delivering and managing enterprise inventory and financial management solutions. With his technical background, Paul specializes in understanding client’s needs and using software solution to help them reach their business goals. He also worked for one of the furniture industry’s top 20 distributors where he helped implement one of the first RFID systems for the furniture industry. He has a BS in Operations Research and Management Science from the State University of New York in Oswego.

William Jones
Vice President, Implementation Services

William “Bill” Jones is the Vice President of Implementation Services for GovCon365. Few people in the Microsoft Dynamics services world know how to satisfy customers as well as Bill does. His team of industry-leading consultants and program managers has ensured success by successfully completing hundreds of implementations of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Bill is responsible for ensuring implementation success at GovCon365s’ government contractor client sites. William is an implementation consultant with nearly a decade’s experience in software analysis, design, and implementation. He possesses strong business process and application functionality knowledge which leads to optimization of client needs and process. He has a degree in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University and numerous certifications in Dynamics NAV.

CRM Project and Technical Manager

Experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working with CRM software applications as well as general application development. Skilled in analyzing business processes, solution architecture, systems integration, and software implementations. Certified in Infor CRM and Salesforce along with experience with Sugar CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

As the Vice President of RightStar ITSM, Shane Bretz brings over three decades of invaluable experience in the IT Service Management sector to his role. Collaborating closely with industry leaders like BMC Software and Atlassian, Shane ensures RightStar, powered by XTIVIA®, delivers best-in-class solutions to our clients. In his capacity, Shane oversees all aspects of ITSM operations, including security and compliance. licensing, channel partner management, and consulting, driving the company’s success with strategic vision and leadership in the ITSM and DevOps domains.
