Occasionally JasperServer throws of errors in the Domain usually because of change in the Data Model. The actual error may not be obvious at first:

Sometimes you only get a message saying ‘There was an error’ with no messages. In these situations locate the Jasperserver.log file:
Scroll down to the end of the file to locate the most recent error messages.
